What is your lead-time?
- We keep blanks for our standard products in stock and
usually can ship your personalized items within 3 days.
Can I provide my own artwork?
- Yes, we often work with artwork provided by customers.
We can work with several file types.

Can I Choose a particular Font Type?
- Sure - We would be happy to use any of the fonts that come
standard with Windows XP and we also have many others to use as
well. Soon we plan to add samples of the various fonts you
can choose from
Can I send you my photos electronically?
- Yes, Just send us your digital camera's picture and we will
work from that.
- Or send us a .jpg that is already resized to the size needed
to be engraved at 250dpi.
